Refreshing Summer Drink Recipe by Dr Khurram
Refreshing summer drink recipe can help you cool down in the hot summer, when most of us choose to drink cold drinks without knowing how harmful they can be to us: the amount of calories in each can could lead to some serious problems, like obesity, and every time you drink it, your thirst just becomes bigger instead of being quenched. So instead of running to cold drinks whenever you find yourself in a hot summer, why not try a drink made from fruits, like mango? This refreshing summer drink is not only healthy, but it’s also refreshing and will keep you cool in whole of summer.
Ingredients:
- Papaya – 1 cup
- Orange or pineapple juice – 1 cup
- Mango pieces – 1 cup
- Two kiwis or mint leaves – 10 to 12
- Lemon – 1 (juice)
- Ice cubes – 1/2 cup
- Gotu Kola Herb – 1 tablet
- Honey – 1 tsp
Method:
- Take a blender.
- Add mango, papaya, orange or pineapple juice, kiwi or mint leaves, honey, lemon juice and 1 gotu kola herb tablet.
- Blend well.
