Green Tea Recipe for Weight Loss
Green tea can promote weight loss, blood sugar regulation, disease prevention, and exercise recovery. It can also help keep your skin and liver healthy, reduce blood fat levels, regulate blood pressure, and improve brain health.
Ginger:
Green tea with ginger to detox essentially helps by increasing the pH of your stomach and digestive enzymes which in turn helps boost your metabolism and in turn lose weight.
Cinnamon:
Green tea with cinnamon have health-promoting properties. Cinnamon green tea is a great source of antioxidants, and may help support heart health, digestive function and blood sugar regulation.
Cloves:
Green tea with cloves can also help with chest congestion and can help with relief from the sinus. The presence of eugenol in the spice can clear the congestion and provide relief. Cloves contain vitamin E and vitamin K which can help in fighting bacterial infection.
Nigella Seeds:
Green tea with Nigella seeds that is rich in antioxidants, the benefits include lowering cholesterol, combating bacterial strains and chronic conditions, and alleviating inflammation. It is also caffeine-free.

Green Tea Recipe for Weight Loss
Green Tea for Weight Loss: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Water – 5 cups
- Cinnamon (Darchini) – 2 to 3 pieces
- Cloves – 2
- Green cardamoms – 4 to 5
- Onion seeds (Kalonji) – 1 pinch
- Ginger – 3 to 4 slices
- Green Tea – 4 tea bags
- Lemon slices
- Mint Leaves
- Honey – to taste
Bulletproof Tea Recipe
Method:
- Take a pan, add 5 cups of water, cloves, Cardamom, Ginger, onion seeds and cinnamon sticks. Cook ’til it reaches the boiling point.
- Turn off the flame when only about 4 cups of water remains.
- Add green tea and cover for 3 minutes.
- Serve with lemon, mint and honey.
- Along with this green tea, do exercise at least 3 times a week or 40 minutes brisk walk.
